Acupuncture
Used for over 2000 years by the Chinese, acupuncture harmonises energy or Qi that flows in meridians around the body. Organ imbalances are addressed and health restored.
By using specific acupuncture points, the natural healing system of the body is stimulated. Pain reducing endorphins are released by the brain and the immune system is enhanced. The  many therapeutic actions that acupuncture produces enables optimum health to be acheived. 
Chinese Herbs
Chinese Herbal Formulas can be prescribed to suit individual needs.
All formulas are Australian TGA approved.
For example: Xiao Yao Wan
Bupleurum & Dangui formula which aids Liver function, relieves stress & nervous tension, anxiety and pre-menstrual syndrome.
Also known as 'Womens Happy Pills' but equally good for mens health & temper.
Cupping
Suction cups are placed on specific areas of the body to enhance circulation and ease muscular pain. Great for moving Qi and Blood and clearing stagnation.

Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a  technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine it involves palpation and  stimulation of the skin.  The skin is pressed and stroked, with a round-edged instrument. This technique results in the appearance of small red petechiae called 'Sha' that  fade in 2 to 3 days.
Raising Sha helps to move blood stagnation, promoting improved circulation and metabolism.
The patient often feels immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fevers, chills, cough, etc.
Gua Sha is used for the  treatment and prevention of  infectious illness, upper respiratory and digestive problems.
Acupressure Massage
This technique is used to increase blood flow to the area, easing pain and promoting better flow of Qi or energy throughout the meridians. Massage helps you to relax and enhances Lymphatic drainage  which aids metabolic function.
